Bottle of Avery’s new Barossa which is a doozy. Got a few various cans of Unbarred in the fridge to tidy up with.

Good Lord, it is. Happy Fridat to you too. Just polishing off a glass of Tesco plonk, but looking forward to a St. Emilion Grand Cru 2019, accompanied by a Cumberland sausage casserole with dumplings prepared by the lovely Mrs ETM. Sausages courtesy of the farm shop at Falmer.

Leicester 0 Brighton 2 on Sunday.

Vankleek Hill, actually....
An Alpataco Pinot Noir from the Patagonia region of Argentina. $15 CDN with the following recommendation from James Suckling.

"A very fresh, composed pinot with bright red-cherry and blueberry aromas, as well as gently spicy, woody notes. The palate offers a sappy, succulent feel with smooth, fleshy and juicy red cherries. Concentrated and well defined. Drink now. Score - 93."
