Most interesting piece of football memorabilia I've seen lately was a match-worn shirt from Grimsby's 1939 FA Cup semi-final against Wolves at Old Trafford; a game that remains Old Trafford's record capacity and will remain that way unless they ever manage to develop the stadium further. For that reason, memorabilia from the game (such as programmes etc.) always seem to reach a high value. That went for £2,250 (I drunkenly got as far as £1,500, wife would have killed me...!).

I’ve got a programme and the original match VHS, not sure about the ticket stub. I’d imagine having all 3 and putting on eBay, I’d be lucky to get £20 tbh!
