25 years ago I got rid of my TV and despite everyone's shock, I survived. Last month I got rid of my Amazon account and everything is great. I even went to a shop yesterday and spoke to someone.
Shed all that stuff too. This is also the only social media I engage with and I catch up in the news once a week. I shop independently where I can.
If we have any future, it looks something like that.
