Now that is a shocker. She was always on Radio 1 in he afternoons when I got back from school and played Frankie Goes to Hollywood's Relax at that time before someone belatedly decided it was rude. RIP

I always remember her being in on TTOP when simply red did Holding back the years and her saying “ pure soul” and I thought at the time, coming from her, that is some highlight.
I absolutely loved her. It was so sad when Cheggers died and she was interviewed a few months later and she was still devastated about it.
Such a sad loss.

Very sad - great dj on radio 1 in the 80’s when radio 1 was a decent station I understand.
Sad news…..real icon from my youth. So young too. RIP.
