The demolition and re designing of the the north stand to twice its size with safe standing that also allows fans to buy tickets at short notice.

As I've said before on here, I love the 'retro new' builds in some US baseball stadia, like Camden Yards. Bin off the current north stand and put a Goldstone north recreation, but bigger, in its place.
