We are unusual that Medical Care comes out of general taxation. If you have to pay medical insurance like in the US I imagine your premiums will rocket if you aren't vaccinated.

Points of order - NHS funding and all other central govenment expenditure is not sourced from taxation in a country such as the UK with its own sovereign currency. Many countries in the world fund their health provision centrally - so the UK is not that unusual
