Not sure if it has been announced by the club yet but it is happening.

24 year old winger (can also play striker) Julia Zigiotti Olme and 30 year old central defender Emma Kullberg are both arriving from BK Häcken on a free transfer.

Plenty of international caps and Champions League experience. Should be two very good recruitments.

They're also eachothers WAGs so should hopefully be able to adapt to life abroad immediatly.

They’ve signed for a good club, I’m sure they’ll enjoy Brighton.

Than's for posting Swansman. The Brighton Women's team (plus our Belgian giant killers) are part of a three pronged attack on the world of football that will, hopefully, add a subliminal sense of purpose, if any more is required, to the men's team's psyche.

I know a pizza-box-collecting Graham Potter uber-fan in Sweden and he reckons they're shitehouse :moo:

“Albion sign Swedish international striker” would be the customary way of headlining this story

And congratulations on not feeling the need to lead with an excruciatingly unfunny "Brighton sign striker" type thread title.

Welcome to Brighton Julia and Emma

It's a big step up to the WPL but I hope they make a decent fist of it.

Excellent scoop Swanny.

They're both easy on the eye, and so are their wags. What's not to like?

The two swedes are a big addition to the women, it just shows the ambition for all our teams to progress.
let's hope the mens team can find some gooduns as well and not sign a turnip
