Why anyone at all would go and watch a snooker match is quite beyond me.

It is a sport better viewed at home because the table from the seats offers a poor, deceptive view most of the time. There's also the 'Shall I call out "Go on Ronnie" after the other player has just missed a shot?'. It's ok at Ally Pally but the stewards don't stand for that at the Crucible.
They also remove bottle tops when Mark Allen is playing.
