So that is three or four sick players in addition to the injured ones.. With Duffy, Dunk, Webster, Alzate, Lallana and Welbeck out, things are rough, with 3-4 more players out... it will be difficult. Especially if any of them are Veltman or Burn.

Cant rule out that some of the sick players were jabbed.
It is a common misunderstanding (among those not too clever) that the vaccines give you a magical 100% chance of not getting infected but that is not the case. Pretty much all of the Brighton players are too young to have had the boosters as well so overall immunity probably isnt great.

We already have another NSC poster saying that they've got COVID in spite of being triple jabbed. I am currently in the same situation.
You have no idea of the vaccination status of these individuals and are speculating about them, which is inherently unfair.
