I think Gerrard will do rather well at Villa - just hope a). he hasn't had enough time to make much difference yet and b). they have a few crucial injuries.

Its amazing to think we haven't won in 6 games and are sitting 7th!! Tough game in prospect.. not all managers see a bounce 1st game in, but feels like Gerrard could get that, simply based on his relatively recent status as a player, whether it is sustainable or not who knows. Taking the lead feels incredibly important for both sides..
