I think an away kit should be a totally different colour, I’m not colour blind but I don’t like watching 2 teams playing in similar colour.
Man City have a sky blue home kit, white away kit with blue trim and this dark blue t shirt for a third kit.
Surely no other club has had 3 kits all containing blue

To me it says Man City own Etihad Airways, and Nexen tires of something... presumably being on the arm of a football shirt.
