Tolaj dropped second game in a row. Seems harsh thought he could be in place for a spot on the bench for the 1st team.

I guess but he could have played tonight AND in the cup. His absence tonight strongly indicates he will be on the bench tomorrow.

Yes exactly, it’s allowed him to keep training and hasn’t lost any fitness but as you say can’t see him being able to be part of the matchday squad until he can go inside !

Imagine he will be involved against Leicester.
