Fair play to him - got the move and worked his way up to the top level. Obviously easier as he wasn't English any way. But when Norwich get relegated not sure it will be 'best move he has ever made'

The fact he was already at Molde I don't think he was hardly an unearthed gem. Every club in the world was scouting him

His attitude sounds very similar to Ostigard's. A good positive approach to seeking out a career rather than just sitting on his arse picking up a paycheck. Hope he has a stinker against us but other than that good luck to him.
