[Technology] Issues with installing app. to Android phone

I did have the LF fitness app. on my phone but it vanished.

Trying go reinstall but keep getting the "looks like another app is blocking access to Google play. Turn off any apps. that might be drawing over the screen and try again...". All very well but how do I establish which app. and how do I turn them off?

I've not had that error message, so can't say for sure if any of these solutions will work with your particular setup.

BTW, when you say the app 'vanished' - are you sure that it has been removed / uninstalled from your phone? Or maybe for whatever reason the shortcut has just been removed from your home screen, but the app is still installed?
