To be the best or one of, he has to have the mindset that with work he could be. Its brilliant confidence from the guy but the best players have that attitude, they back themselves. The elite players didnt get to where they were by doubting their ability.

Youri Tielemans seems to be ahead of Biss with the top clubs showing interest. He also chips in with a few goals if he goes in January it will be an indication of how much we can expect in regards to a transfer fee for Biss.
No manager cared about Keane, Vieira, Makelele or Kante not scoring a lot of goals and anyone who buys Bissouma is not going to care that much either.
