Gutting! I'm currently reading his book 'Based On A True Story'. He was on a different level to most of his peers and was just so damn funny. Always playing the dumbest guy in the room when he was usually the smartest. His chat show appearances are unrivalled. His stand up was incredible. As Letterman said 'Nobody funnier:'

I was truly not aware of this guy, now I can't stop watching his clips on YouTube, he was quality, so different, but so funny, I've got a lot of catching up to do.

I would imagine he’s a bit obscure to many. But once discovered, never forgotten. He used to pop up in a lot of early Adam Saner movies. But she funnier than Sandler. By far.
