I don't normally use NSC to plug charities and so on, but I'd like to make an exception and give a shout out to my friend Matt.
He's running 650 miles over the next month, starting today. That's effectively a marathon a day. He's crossing every county border, all 43 of them, to make this a true UK achievement.
He's doing it to raise money for CALM, a charity that helps people (especially men) deal with depression and suicidal thoughts.
If anyone feels able to sponsor him, even just a pound or two, I know he'd really appreciate it.
