A bottle was thrown at Payet( ex West Ham) , he threw it back at the Nice ultras, that in turn sparked a pitch invasion.
Second recent game Marseille has been involved in crowd disorder.

Good that Payet reacted the way he did. I’d expect any team to react in the same way. Obviously Nice will get a huge fine and a number of games without fans again

At about 30 seconds on the first of the two videos linked, one of the players wellies the ball into the crowd :lolol:

That seems to be the catalyst to set them all off and invading the pitch!

He shouldn’t be, maybe get a warning but nothing more than that. Nice will get the book thrown at them
