I was there I didn't hear any booing from our end?

1) Every game week most players will take the knee
2) Every time players take the knee a minority of people will react adversely

I was there too and heard some! And they were drowned out quickly and rightly so
This…it wasn’t much, and only served to make the cheering/applause louder but there were a few. No doubt it’ll be the same on Saturday.

Was a great response from our fans and funny too. The look on some of those Burnley fans to the right of us was a picture.

Lots of great comments from other fans, as this gets tweeted around by different contributors. I read a Man Utd based one yesterday, where the vast majority were praising us. Mind you, there’s no love for Burnley in Manchester..

You could have added one about the bizarre and obviously spurious justifications which are later given for booing the knee.

Honestly, I think there are some people on here who live by the motto "I'm glad I'm not prejudiced like all northern people."
Yes, obviously Brighton is a much richer part of the country than Burnley, and you are well within your rights to sneer at the people who earn less than you and need help to live. But I'd hardly call it classy. Funny, perhaps. Classy is the wrong word by a long way.
