There are about 34 players in the men's team that would expect to play senior football somewhere next team while there's just 19 players in the womens squad.

Its a bit of a no-brainer that signings for the womens team are more likely.

Phew, that's good then. Something else for the moaners to moan about - being "tricked" into thinking a signing was for the first team.

According to our app our U23’s only have 14 players.

100% this, I reckon it'll be another Dutch cb that is 'initially going to train with the U23s'. I will then totally forget about them until they either a) leave the club in 3 years or b) make a first team appearance in the league cup making me suddenly spend hours going 'where have I heard that name before?' and convincing myself that they are a wonderkid on football manager
