A few weeks ago, when much of the nation was celebrating England’s glorious victory over Germany at the Euros, I was coming to the end of 2 solid days of crying.
On 27th June, my best friend of over 40 years decided this World wasn’t for him anymore and after a rapid decline in his mental health, he succumbed and tragically took his own life.
No gentler soul or kinder man had I ever known than my friend Mark.
