Is he really only 27!!

can't believe the amount of posters who were writing him off as "championship at best" after 1 season in the Prem

I keep thinking he's 22, looks like a kid still.

Great player, hope he gets back to his form and level before he got injured.

Yeh, played the best football of his life last season. It serves as a good reminder not to call for the sale of a 21 y/o because they haven't achieved consistency yet

I have always rated Solly. Proper professional.

There have been times where we have doubted aspects of his game, but he always proves the doubters wrong in the end. Gets better and better.

Genuinely think he's one of our most important players. Can be a match winner on his day. Was really missed last season.

Happy 27th!

I've always felt he was a bit of a football nerd (no insult intended) a bit like Pascal Groß.
I can imagine him spending his free time training and practising his skills.

Immense character shown even before last season to come back from his injuries, and last season was a POTY contender until another cruel injury. Hoping he can bounce back strong and carry on this coming season.
