Just how do you answer this ? Westminster government sent in at the start The British Army (as it was called at the time) in a move to ensure peace (?) Surely it's time to call time on this as both or maybe three with UDF sides are all guilty of 'war crimes' and just remember the families left behind ? https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-northern-ireland-57829037

It seems that so called terrorists are no longer being prosecuted, so nor should any British military personnel be looking over their shoulders.

50 years have past since the atrocity at Ballymurphy on “ Bloody Sunday” . It is now accepted that British troops, fighting in our name and here on U.K. soil committed multiple acts of murder. I was shocked to find out about this.
If I had committed murder 50 years ago I could still be prosecuted. Old Nazi war criminals were still brought to trial .

For political reasons it was agreed not to pursue convictions against IRA and UDA , but two wrongs don’t make a right.
