As a slight variation on the reslistic departures for next season, who do we think should be our next loanee star turns for next season? Maybe leave out those who were out on loan all lasrt season, as that's a slightly different question - concentrating on those who have yet to have had a meaningful loan away.
For starters, the obvious one is Connolly. Almost the level doesn't matter - League 1 if necessary; he needs to remember what it's like to be a hot-shot goal-scoring machine again; he won't do that on the bench here.
Rushworth or McGill; I think one of them might be here as no.3 keeper for a season, but definately League football for one of them, I think - my guess (based on very little!) would be Rushworth for the loan.
Antef Tsoungui - loads of skill, certainly a candidate to follow Roberts' and White's pathway through League 1.
Finally - my wild card - Ulrich Emma. Big lad, looks like he can take care of hinself; could have the time of his life in League1 !
