Yes Burgess Hill.

My partner just got back she said she had past some houses that had been flooded

Stopped about 10 mins ago now.

Burgess Hill
Two or three incredibly heavy downpours in Burgess Hill. Satellite signals out for a while, I’ve heard of flooded houses (Potters Lane area)…….my weather station thingy is saying we’ve had 21mm today. That’s pretty much all been in the last hour.

Lindfield (near the pond)
Headed north out of Brighton over the Beacon at 17:30. Few spots on windscreen, and hucking fot when got in the car in Moulsecoomb before I left. By time I got to Coldean Lane and beacon road, fast wipe on windscreen. A mile in, quarter of road was brown muddy water hitting the car, and driving through flooded patches on my side of road, biblical. By time I got to the actual Beacon, clear and suuny. Got to scaynes hill, and torrential again. Lashing down. Got home to Lindfield 17:40 - dry as a button. Mad as box of frogs.
