The Copa America has a ruling whereby three players can be changed after the group stages. This is all well and good, for instance Jordon Henderson if still unfit for England. But does that also mean an entire squad of Brazilian replacements are sat in the hotel next door instead of sitting on a beach somewhere (Devon?).
