'The past few days have been fertile in developments for Gabriel's future. The midfielder is being discussed by several European clubs, who are preparing a formal approach with Benfica, with the embodied wanting to make a financial fit with a player who is not among Jorge Jesus' priorities for next season.

In Brazil, with his family, on vacation, the 27-year-old midfielder is studying the possibilities and they are not bad, since, you know, A BOLA has clubs from three important European leagues - much more important than the Portuguese - interested in knowing, at least, if they have arguments to try the contract.

Brighton, from England, will have the right assumptions, given that he is a Premier League emblem, but he will only be looking for a loan with a purchase option, even if he shows willingness to pay down payment to guarantee the loan and that he can reach €2/€3 million.'

27 year old Brazilian midfielder from Benfica.

This guy's stats don't seem any better than Propper and he could barely get a game for us last season. At 27 it seems like a strange one.

Wearing new contact lenses today and opened this thread to great disappointment that it’s not about apple pies.

Don't think we'd get a work permit either with the amount of games played in last few years and that he isn't an international.

Doesn’t fit the profile of player we buy, and it’s a position we have covered very well (even if Biss leaves).

I call BS on this story. Agents doing their thing.
