I have a feeling it will be the black 'third' kit which we have not worn at all this season.

Im not sure if we are contractually obliged to wear it during the season but if we are..............

Isn't there a rule on this?

I am sure at one time, teams were permitted to wear a different kit to those registered with the Premier League for one game a season only. Therefore, we have used that opportunity against Man City and will have to revert to one of our 2020/21 kits.

This may have changed though - I was told of this rule years ago, and Bournemouth definitely returned from lockdown with different kits last season due to a change of kit sponsor.
