River Plate had to play a Copa Libertadores (like Champions League) game with 20 players unavailable due to Covid-19 including all 4 of their goalkeepers, leaving them only 11 outfield players to choose from.

So they put in goal injured midfielder Enzo Perez, named no substitutes and somehow managed to win 2-1.
