I have a question about this thread

When I was growing up - Golden Wonder were deemed to be the best and most popular Crisps ; Now it seems to be Walkers, so when did Walkers overtake Golden Wonder because not many shops stock Golden Wonder any more ?

And what happened to '' Tudor '' crisps - You never see them at all any more ?

I think Smiths Crisps were also very popular, I can’t remember Tudor.

Tudor had a picture of Henry VIII on the front and were the first ones to do Pickled Onion - The were mostly in the North and in Scotland according to Swansman's link

Tudor flavours included Chocalate,Kipper,Gammon and Pineapple,Hot, Dog and Mustard and Pork and Apple amongst others.
