I liked fizzy drinks since childhood, ice cold Diet Coke was lovely on a hot day. Then I worked with younger colleagues who didn’t partake, due to teeth rot and discolouring.

Following their lead I switched to cold tap water ... thirst quenching.

Hot drinks - tea, nice coffees and peppermint tea are my choices.

Freshly juiced oranges, half a litre each a day, for breakfast. Fortunate to be able to pick them from the trees in the garden. Picking starts late November and continues until end of May. Meanwhile the excess, not given to friends, gets frozen to use in the summer months.

All well and good - bits or no bits?

Be careful of your answer, this one could go either way.

I like Töst which is a dry blend of white tea, white cranberry, and ginger. Not sure if you can buy it in Brighton but it’s popular in the states .

M and S do some great juice blends I agree .
