Just wondered whether NSC colleagues knew of any roofers in the Worthing area, who specialise in the repair of flat roofs.

Just after recommendations.

We've just this past week had the flat roof of a granny flat out the back of of our property replaced by Hill Bros, based in Hove/Shoreham. Reasonably priced and very very good. Nice people too

Oxley Asphalt recently did the flat roof on our loft conversion and the finishing work on a couple of sky lights. Cant comment on pricing as they got the job through the contractor, but they were quick, tidy and the job looks good

Can't recommend a roofer in that area, but would say that if it is for a room that is used frequently consider getting a skylight put in at the same time. We did that in our study and it has transformed the room and we barely need to put lights on in there during the day now.

PVC roofing is deff the way to go in my opinion . Lay plywood down then It’s poured on and then spread , dries quickly and is totally waterproof in about 8 hours .

Looks much nicer than traditional Ashfelt flat roofs and last much longer . . You can get it in several different shades , like grey , white , black etc

Costs a bit more but deff worth it .

We had a leaking flat roof from a less than professional job done previously, and we used DJ roofing, they were very good.

Took loads of photos for evidence etc.

Liquid rubber roof. Otherwise there's EPDM which is a rubber membrane roof which I put on my storage sheds roof. Both last much longer than felt and take the south coast weather better.
