Anyone watching this later? Though I’m slightly miffed that the starting price for PPV boxing is now £20, regardless of what’s on the line (AJ v Fury will be at least £30 should it ever happen) I’m also feeling rather bored and the fight is at least intriguing in that Whyte (who I like a lot) is all but finished at the top end of the division if he suffers another bad defeat.

Personally I fancy him to take this on points. Time will tell.

Stream. White was winning most of the fight last time out, so I fancy him winning the rematch if he avoids the obvious.

Free on IPTV firestick.

How reliable are streams on IPTV, and what’s the quality like? I gave up on streams for boxing some time ago as the quality always seemed poor and the reliability variable. Is it worth looking into?

mine is brilliant and there is no searching for stream as a section the same as all the football and got over 3k films for £55 for the year every channel you can think of, just need a fast broadband

£39.95 is the expected SD PPV charge for AJ v Tyson Fury

Not convinced Povetkin was up to it tonight, having struggled with Covid not so long ago. But you can only beat what’s in front of you, which he did comfortably. Shame it only lasted 4 rounds.

Can’t help likeing Whyte decent fighter and was all over Povetkin who looked like a beaten man walking out of his dressing room.

Just can’t see Whyte stepping up a level and beating any of the big names out there.

Hard to tell with Povetkin - he looked his usual in fight week, is ultra-pale anyway and isn't the least ponderous of fighters - but given that he's only been knocked out by two much better opponents than Whyte in his career, you'd have to guess it was still the effects of being hospitalised with Covid at the end of last year.

Whyte's offering of the stool felt pretty hollow considering he accused Povetkin of faking illness. He's such a tedious gatekeeper. Would need a pretty bad champion to be in an interesting title fight.
