Sorry - I keep remembering what seems to happen to clubs in the month after their manager gets the MOTM award!
Guardiola won in January & February... I would be ok with a similar outcome.

I think most of us get yearly performance reviews at work don't we ? I get them once a month so GP should count himself lucky !
