Indeed.

Wonder if Southampton might be interested in joining this mini league. If they perform like they've done over the last 10 games, they are going down.

favourable run in tho', unfortunately :nono:

Not sure how favourable anything is when you lose 10 and out of your 12 last games, only winning against Sheffield. Indeed looks a bit easier than for some other teams but if they lose against Burnley next week I think they will start to feel a bit sweaty.

If only they could play Sheff Utd every week.

It’ll be very difficult to pull out of the nose dive they are in but their chance is in their next 3 EPL matches in April (Burnley, West Brom & Palace). Lose those and I can’t see them getting much in May.

Point is, they are on 33 points - virtually safe. Wish we were on 33 points!

But to ensure that the same number of games are played, shouldn't Fulham's win at Liverpool be included, or alternatively both the Newcastle and Albion result from this week end should be excluded.

Perform? PERFORM?

We've been effing performing all season to little or no effect. It was an actual relief to see them outperform us today in terms of possession stats and passes completed and yet lose.

If you mean "get results" then you're spot on.

Yes, but let's not forget that NSC has a meltdown irrespective of whether we have a favourable run or an unfavourable one, a favourable run of form or an unfavourable one.

Yes. Like a cross between an Italian waiter, a French hairdresser and Violet Elizabeth Bott.

I get what you mean but usually there's some kind of relation between the two... CP and Brighton being the exceptions, in different ways.

One or two more decent results and hopefully we can leave Fulham and Newcastle to scrap it out between themselves.
