Jackett sacked after losing a cup final sponsored by a pizza company where the winner keeps the trophy for one day. Something very Mike Bassett about all of that.

It's should have happened earlier from pompey perspective, he has consistently under performed and missed promotion so often.

I actually wonder how much of the day to day managing Kenny Jackett has done this season. He hasn't been a well man.
