Had cause for a de-clutter today and found some excellent personal Albion memorabilia hidden away:

So what else have you unearthed that you forgot you had or brought back a happy memory or more?

ten or so shirts, from Bukta to early nouhgties lots of 96/97 stuff, a chunk of East Terrace, a '79/80 promotion mug, 70's subbuteo team.

A big box of mental scars.

Found all my old Goldstone matchday tickets from 1976 onwards, I thought I'd left at my dads house.
Now in my Albion box of treasures :)

A couple of old programmes (including the 2-8 against Bristol Rovers (God bless the genius manager Brian Clough) and a couple of scrap books of newspaper cuttings from our old first division days (no internet to keep up with the Albion back then!

Whilst I think of it, I've got a few old Rothmans and Sky Football year books that I don't read any more - anybody interested, PM me.

amoungst program fanzine stuff........3 or 4 ID cards from Goldstone, Supporters club cards and badge, Seagulls Party card, changing room shirt hook from Goldstone, Stanley out poster. All utterly worthless and might go on my funeral pyre.

back in the mid 70s, Palace was the only game you'd need a ticket for

My old man used to keep them behind the clock on the mantelpiece

I’ve got a letter from Jimmy Case (when he was manager) which was a reply to one I sent him asking him to resign! He actually says something along the lines of “you’ll be hearing something soon...”. If the internet had been around then I would have had a veritable scoop.

A few things, but the headlines would be that I had (but not sure where it has gone) an old WW1 gas rattle given by a great grandfather to my grandfather who then took it down the Albion. Also got somewhere the programme from Hereford away from that game.

there's a piece of Goldstone turf in a garden in Seaford

Which I acquired after the Bristol Rovers promotion game

Nearly dug it up when I moved :lolol:

That's quality. Such a shame that era. Jimmy Case still is one of my favourite players.
