IFAB who are in charge of the laws of the game have just clarified the handball law.
Key change.
"Accidental handball that leads to a team-mate scoring a goal or having a goal-scoring opportunity will no longer be considered an offence."

Fulham fans particularly upset given last night but i'm guessing that Welbeck's handball from the December match would no longer have been an offence.

They're not - it comes into effect on 1 July. Which means we'll be in the odd position of ruling out goals for something that's being scrapped in the near future!
