I love to see Gross and Alli Mac in tandem, our two most creative players by a distance. I hope we still have Bissouma next season to patrol behind them and set them free. Now, where's that striker to put the chances away?

He's been good. Some parts of his game is already really good (especially his defensive play) and some parts he needs to work more with, particularly the tendency of falling out of games (needs to get better at finding spaces). Think he is likely going to become a very good footballer but probably in a more defensive role than his current, could see him ending up in the "Gross role" as deep-lying playmaker.
