Is anyone qualified on here to give you sound advice? If you have a serious claim you are best to ring round your local solicitors to see who may have someone who specialises in that area and above all can give you an honest assessment of your case. And above all ignore the plethora of ' promising you the earth ' so called experts whose adverts are everywhere.
