Working to maxim, that if you dont know, then someone on NSC will know..
I have a full trading limited company 'A' which has two 'Trading as' company names as the public face of 'A' - I want to protect one of 'trading names' a bit more, and see that the same name as a Limited company is now dissolved (2016) on company house web site.
Can i buy the limited company as just park the name (filing no trading or similar) ?
A quick web search for buying this dissolved company name say's it unavailable (despite Co Hse web page indicating otherwise) - Is there a time lime on when company names can be 're-owned' ?
