Yes, '83-'88 Dave was also my head of house.
77 to 82 for me. Seem to remember a Mrs Pickup too which I think was his ex-wife.

Sad to hear of his passing - a very versatile actor in support roles mainly and very much enjoyed his work.

His brother was my teacher I was two years behind my brother Driver 8. Dave Pickup was also in a rock band.
Heather and Dave were husband and wife when I was at the Forest College of Knowledge.

Sad news. Was in one of my favourite films, Zulu Dawn, and also saw him on stage with Gwyneth Paltrow (lucky Ronald)
