I just thought I'd share this in case anyone else had the same problem. I remember a thread a few weeks' ago where people were saying they had this problem.
Just lately, watching the football using the above-mentioned method with BT, Sky and the Quest App, I've been plagued by a juddering picture. I tried everything, including turning it on and turning it off again!
I solved the problem by pressing the Ctrl and - or + key, and when a box appears in the top right corner of the screen saying "Reset", I clicked that and Bob's your uncle.
