Our (league) results this month;

Albion 3 - 3 Wolves
Man City 1 - 0 Albion
Leeds 0 - 1 Albion
Albion 0 - 0 Fulham
Albion 1 - 0 Spurts

8 points secured from 5 games. January always seems a lean month for us so I went back and compared to the last few;

Jan 2020 (PL) - 2 points (4 games)
Jan 2019 (PL) - 1 point (4 games)
Jan 2018 (PL) - 2 points (4 games)
Jan 2017 (Ch) - 9 points (4 games)
Jan 2016 (Ch) - 6 points (4 games)

Certainly a very welcome turnaround in form

Tiny margins it seems, hard as we sometimes make it for ourselves! But who cares to paraphrase Barry Davies. tonight celebrate a great victory!

The frustrating park when people have been having meltdowns is literally, we struggle to score, which over time can be sorted, we’re playing amazing football and the only problem is goals. It’s all coming together

I wonder how differently it might have panned out if either wolves scored that last second sitter or dunk hadn’t saved the one against Fulham. Both moments felt huge at the time but few even bigger now. A fine haul for the month.
