I think most are probably a bit distracted to make a decision of that magnitude.

Both excellent and skilled. But I’m edging it to Albert.

Grandad. Silly of me, but I was gutted when he was replaced.

Even now I can recall a very early 80’s episode when none of them would answer the door after the flat doorbell rang, all too lazy. Eventually Grandad said in his gravelly tone get up and answer it you lazy bugger.

Grandad here as well. I met Buster Merryfield many times when I worked in a sports shop in Ringwood. He lived in Verwood at the time. He used to have his morning coffee in the coffee shop next door. He was the local celebrity and seemed to love the attention. Always happy to say hello!

I voted Grandad because although uncle Albert was good as well , after Grandad came BLOODY Racquel gob of Peckham rocked up . Sorry but her miserable moaning attitude ruined OFAH for me .
