Dry Cleaning album out today, should be good.

They’ve cracked a unique style really well I think. People rightly focus on the vocal delivery, but they’re strong band to go with that too - this is from a live set they did on KEXP, the guitarist is particularly excellent.

This is great. And I totally get what you mean about the guitarist.

Psychedelic space rock skronk from Denmark, Mythic Sunship, released a new album yesterday.

This classic 70’s album by Lon Moshe & Southern Freedom Arkestra called Love Is Where the Spirit Lies was reissued earlier in the year. The Ballad is beautiful but other tracks give a good spiritual jazz type vibe.

Another plug for the latest apocalyptic release from GSYBE which came out yesterday. The last link has been removed.

Just heard one of their tracks on Huey's show, and can see why they're being hyped up. Will check up. Another new band that I need to dig deeper is The Bug Club, after hearing an infectious single courtesy of Marc Riley.

The music is brilliant but I am finding it hard to get with this talking/singing thing. Lots of it about at the moment.

I get where you're coming from on this but, on balance, you've got to be excited about them, and they'll be great live. You also get it on Black Country, New Road but, again, the music is sooo good that I'm hooked on it.

Heard a mesmerising chunk of this last night on Late Junction.

The release is due out on 16th April.

If last night's snippet is anything to go by, sounds like it's going to be 75 minutes of pure heaven to my ears!

I have Simultonality which is great and had Mandatory Reality on my ‘to buy’ list but never got round to it. This sounds interesting with Evan Parker alongside.
