A wedding during covid was attended in London by 400 guests. Clearly the fines are not high enough. The organiser should be fined £50000 and anyone attending £1000.

A spokesman for the school, whose principal Rabbi Avrahom Pinter died in April after contracting coronavirus, said "we had no knowledge that the wedding was taking place".

Really, how the **** did these freaks get into the school ffs.

A spokesperson for the school said: “We are absolutely horrified about last night’s event and condemn it in the strongest possible terms. We lease our hall to an external organisation which manages all lettings and, as such, we had no knowledge that the wedding was taking place. We have terminated the agreement with immediate effect.

That denial seems implausible given the article also mentions the Mayor of Hackney saying other events that have taken place at the school

Hmmm.......400 guests and they caught and fined FIVE?? That stinks to high heaven.

Maybe the police had an understandable fear of being accused of anti-semitism if they had fined every one of them.

As reported by the Guardian, the Jewish community already has one of the highest infection rates because they have not "engaged" over Covid

Fines should be higher - £100,000 for the organiser and £10,000 for all who attended.

Then tag them so that they can be traced wherever they are.

We HAVE to get this bloody pandemic sorted as soon as possible.

Organising and getting through a wedding day is stressful enough. Why on earth would you want to do it knowing the police could bust it at any point? Surely those involved couldn't really have relaxed and enjoyed themselves.
