Cotterill and Moulden were a fine (loan) partnership for us.

Hope he pulls through.

Was it cotterill who did an amazing clearance off the line into the north once? He smashed his body onto the post, running back towards the goal. Pretty sure it was Cotterill. He gave everything for Albion. He’d have been a good manager for us back when we were shit.

Came close to managing on more than one occasion.

Get well soon Steve

:nono:

Another fit and healthy person struck down, all the more reason for this lockdown to be tightened for the forseeable future.

Get well soon Steve. It was a brilliant but brief loan partnership he struck up with Moulden. Always wanted him to come back after that.

Weirdly I brought him up last week on the managers who never managed us thread. He always seemed to put himself in the frame for the Albion job for years, I just expected him to become manager one day.

Fingers crossed his recovery continues.

Loved this game which I think was their first game on loan. Shame we lost but proper old school away day. Wendy (swoon) sent off for swearing.

Opening game of the season if I remember rightly

We had them for 11 games and they scored 9 goals between them

Remember being gutted when they left

First game after we went down the previous season. The season before that we had lost in the play off final !!!!

Wishing Steve a quick and good recovery

I remember this game well. I’d graduated a few months earlier and went to the game and met my uni mates in Camden post match to celebrate my birthday. Pretty sure it was the opening game of the season.

I also remember Mouldon had a crazy goal scoring record...possibly in the Guinness book?

“ As a youth he entered the Guinness Book of Records by scoring 340 goals in a single season for Bolton Lads Club under-15s.”
