Root ran out, why did the umpire not look at the bowler blocking Root? Looked like a clear block to me?

Well listening to R5 they say it’s still in the balance ...not sure I agree with that...sure they picked off the same two who got out early in the first innings....we gave them Roots one...Bairstow will look to hit the winning run
