Just read on the BBC we have won 9 of our last 10 penalty shootouts!?
Doesn't feel like that to me. The Fulham loss at the Golstone must be frozen into my hard drive.

We have a GREAT track record with pens.

It even got us 3 points at a Cup replay in Wrexham once.

(not so much in the league)

Swindon Town - Play Offs - Won
Manchester City - League Cup - Won
Millwall - Johnston’s Paint Trophy - Won
Shrewsbury Town - Johnston’s Paint Trophy - Won
Luton Town - Johnston’s Paint Trophy - Lost
Wrexham - FA Cup - Won
Millwall - FA Cup - Won

(I was at the penalty shootout loss against Newport County last season, but it was the under-21’s and Steele was in goal)

It's an impressive record if true(and I have no reason to think it isn't!).

It feels hard to believe for me as I've only seen us (live) in three shoot outs - fulham in the f.a cup, Canvey Island(I think it was them or at least some other non league team in about 96?) in the f.a cup and Brentford in the auto windscreens thing. Needless to say we lost all three whilst barely scoring one of our penalties.

And Woking in the FA cup under Poyet? Pretty sure the little Argentinian Baz won it with a Panenka

Yes. The ones we lose seem easier to remember. It all started for me when as a 13 year old kid and I witnessed us lose to Gillingham with their shortest (5'8") outfield player in goal. I don't remember Chris Hutching's goal, only the penalty miss.
